Compliance Earns 4th Consecutive Relativity Best in Service Designation

Compliance recognized for excellence in eDiscovery infrastructure and client performance on Relativity platform

New York, NY, January 30, 2018 — Compliance, an integrated eDiscovery services and managed review provider, today announced it has earned the Relativity Best in Service designation for the fourth consecutive year.

The Relativity Best in Service designation recognizes Relativity Premium Hosting Partners who provide an exceptional Relativity experience for end users. This designation is determined through a voluntary audit in which Relativity Best in Service partners demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. Relativity evaluates these partners in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. This information is measured against industry standards and reported to consumers. Best in Service partners must also meet a prescribed set of requirements for their duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations, and core Relativity certifications.

“Earning the Best in Service designation from Relativity is an extreme honor. Maintaining this designation for four consecutive years is a testament to our continued dedication to our clients and partners,” said Marc Zamsky, Compliance’s COO. “Compliance continues to transform the complex eDiscovery field bringing our partners the innovations that help save them time and money.”

Compliance offers comprehensive solutions in three primary areas across the eDiscovery spectrum, including Managed Document Review Services, eDiscovery Technology and Project Management, and Discovery-as-a-Service (DaaS). Compliance’s DaaS eDiscovery platform features include a client portal giving insight into infrastructure, storage, utilization, and custom metrics, along with Drag and Drop processing, a Relativity Innovation Award Finalist. Compliance is the first to offer a Pay-as-you-Go pricing model that provides clients with nearly the same virtual private Relativity environment as a subscription DaaS platform, but without any contracts, minimums, or long-term commitments. Compliance incorporates many additional exclusive functionalities, such as automated native excel redactions, media transcription, and searching, as well as a client-facing archive and restore tool to better manage active and archived files.
