Our client, a major telecommunications company, was involved in a large-scale contract dispute. Counsel faced the daunting task of reviewing tens of thousands of documents under tight production deadlines. Traditional eyes-on review—reviewing every document manually—would have been time-intensive and costly for the client. The team needed a way to reduce the burden on counsel while maintaining defensibility and precision.
